Janicka Bassis, daughter of Czech and Slovak immigrants, was born in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Bassis attended Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan at the age of 17 and lived and worked in Japan for over 4 years. Her experience lead her to an executive career in Sales and Marketing, first in the fashion industry working for Promostyl, then Luxury Hotel Industry for many leading hotels of the world, and then later in European Commercial Real Estate Investment market when she had started her career at Cogedim in 1987 and sold her first building 3 months later to a large Japanese group. In 2011 she had entered the Internet world developing the internet Real Estate Social Network Belbex and since 2012 has been developing WWIRE World Women in Real Estate and recently creating an internet platform www.wwire.eu to help women in the real estate profession. Janicka Bassis has  been a real estate advisor to  international institutional and private  investors for over 4 billion euros and has been responsible for the sales of over 1.5 billion euros of commercial real estate throughout Europe. She has followed in her mother's Melanie Everet foot steps (One of the first women in America in commercial real estate from 1956-2006 ) and has been enjoying helping women enhance their real estate careers for the past 25 years.

Dr Chestnov began his career as a physician and worked for 10 years at the primary care level in various states within the former Soviet Union. He has been a Director of the Real Estate Association of Slovenia in the  period 2002-2007. He established the Real Estate Institute Ltd, Ljubljana in 2007. Since then he manages its own company. He has been a member of FIABCI since 2002, running the presidency in 2004-2008.
Anton Kožar has published around 40 articles in domestic and international magazines.
He holds a Certificate of Real Estate Valuer (CREV) since 2007 and is expected to earn the Certificate of TEGOVA in 2016. Anton Kožar is strongly involved in the research of the real estate market in Slovenia. His RE Institute prepared the quantitative platform for the reform of the residential market in Slovenia in 2015. That research will be the framework for the reform that is being prepared in 2016 – a new Housing law.

She holds an MA degree with highest honours in Linguistics & Intercultural Communication from Tver State University, with post-graduate studies in Applied Information Science in Economics at  Tver State Technical University and an MBA Certificate of Business Studies (magna cum laude) from American Institute of Business and Economics.

Dr. Urs Oberholzer studierte in Zürich, Fribourg und Paris Rechtswissenschaften und promovierte an der Universität Zürich. Er war u.a. in leitenden Funktionen bei der Elvia Versicherungen und der Generali Gruppe. Von 2003 bis 2011 war er Präsident des Präsidiums und des Bankrates der Zürcher Kantonalbank ZKB. Urs Oberholzer ist Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates der Tertianum AG, von 2005 – 2013 als deren Präsident. Er ist zudem Präsident des Verwaltungsrates der Swiss Tertianum International AG, welche die Residenz Josefstadt, Wien erbaut hat und seit diesem Jahre führt. Seit 2011 ist er Mitglied des Universitätsrates der Universität Zürich und deren Vizepräsident.

Recently Dr. Petritsch returned from a one year teaching activity at the American Harvard University to Vienna. Since 2013 he has been teaching „International Politics“ in the USA and is President of the Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation, which supports the scientific exchange between students in Austria and the USA. From 2008 to 2013 Dr. Petritsch was Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Austria to the OECD in Paris. From 2002 to 2008 he was engaged as Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Austria to the UN, WTO and the Conference of Disarmament of Geneva. He was Head of Austria's Press and Information Service in New York and worked with the Permanent Representation of Austria to the United Nations.
Dr. Petritsch is regarded as the expert in foreign policy with special focus on South East Europe. During his career as Ambassador in Belgrade (1997-1999) Dr. Petritsch was appointed to the European Union Special Envoy for Kosovo. As High Representative of the International Community for Bosnia and Herzegovina he was significantly involved in the implementation of the Dayton Agreement. From 1977 to 1983 he worked as Press Secretary and Deputy Cabinet Chief of the Austrian Federal Chancellor Bruno Kreisky. Dr. Petritsch received several honours, among them  the European prize for human rights of the European Court of Human Rights.

Architect and urban planner Alexander Petritz has his focus on South Eastern Europe, yet in the past he has also developed major hotel and tourism projects in Vienna. In 2001 he established the Institute for Structured Development. Between 2009 and 2013 the ISD generated an overall volume of approximately 90 million Euros through project development and planning for infrastructure projects. For ten years Petritz held the office of coordinator for reconstruction and development in former Yugoslavia delegated by the Federal Republic of Austria, with business focus on Bosnia and Herzegovina and later Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo too. He teaches at the Technical University of Vienna, the Alpen-Adria-University Klagenfurt, as well as at the universities of Sarajevo and Rijeka. He has written several publications on regional development, urban planning and real estate development.
